To invite your CPA, go to the "Your Account" menu, choose "Users", click on "Invite a new user". Then enter his name, email, pick "Accounting" in the profiles list, and validate. Your CPA will receive an email with an activation link to click on : once his account activated, he can visit your Virtual Office anytime he wants to get some data.
There is no cost associated to inviting your CPA on your Virtual Office.
What if you produce yourself your accounting ?
If you are producing yourself your accounting, the Virtual Office helps you gather and organize your data. You can thereafter export them in your accounting software.
